The construction process of Biograpi Living's second project, 'Matiani,' has moved to a new stage, placing a symbolic capsule in the foundation

A symbolic capsule was placed in the foundation of Biograpi Living's second large-scale project, "Matiani," as a symbol of endurance and unity. A similar activity was carried out to mark the new stage of construction of the first project, "Sakeni."

For the development company, it was important to share this symbolic moment with those who have made significant contributions to the "Matiani" project. Representatives from the Bank of Georgia, the construction company Anagi, which ensures a safe, durable, and reliable construction process for the "Matiani" residential complex, and, of course, future residents of "Matiani" attended the event.

Vasil Phkhakadze mentioned, "The involvement of each of them in this symbolic activity was of great importance. For us, as a development company aimed at improving the quality of people's daily lives, future residents must have complete information about each stage of construction. Our approach is to have open and active communication with the future residents of each project and, in a sense, symbolically involve them in the construction process."

The construction of "Matiani" is in an active phase, and all work is being carried out in accordance with international construction standards and safety regulations. Collaboration with Biograpi Living’s partners ensures the highest quality of the project and its timely completion for the residents. One of the main principles of construction applied both in Matiani and Sakeni, is the thorough inspection of materials. All materials received on-site undergo laboratory testing to ensure they fully comply with the technical specifications outlined in the project.

Currently, 80% of the perimeter piles for reinforcing the excavation pit are in place. Each pile undergoes laboratory testing for continuity, marking, and water resistance to determine the concrete's properties. Excavation work is progressing, and pile heads are being prepared for the foundation.

Regarding insulation work, Biograpi Living is collaborating with the Swiss brand Sika. SikaProof is an insulation system used in both the Sakeni and Matiani constructions. The TPO membrane system is characterized by its excellent water retention ability. SikaProof will be used in the foundation of the building, ensuring 100% safety and waterproofing for the residential complex.

The residential complex, financed by the Bank of Georgia, is being built on Tsereteli Avenue, following modern architectural and engineering practices. Construction of "Matiani" will be completed within the predetermined timeline in 2026, and residents will receive their apartments in a green framework condition.
